“The horror in Gaza is unbearable. Fasting is my small way of expressing embodied solidarity with people on the other side of the world.’

This roll is a living record of people who have chosen to fast in solidarity with the people of Gaza. We protest against starvation, violence, and cruelty toward civilians.

We have added our names as a shared act of ethical witness. We act alongside others with diverse beliefs, backgrounds and political views, united by the conviction that every human being deserves respect, safety, and the protection of life.

We emphasise that the fasting we have undertaken is not the end of action, but part of an ongoing struggle. Individually, we express the need for change through our bodies. Together, we join a chorus of protest.
